SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to process plus additional shipping time based on your delivery selection at checkout. The approximate shipping time selected at checkout does not include processing time. Once an order leaves our shop, it's up to the mail carrier to deliver successfully. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 We do not process orders on holidays. There may be times when we are away for a much-needed vacation or time with family. If this is the case, you will be notified via a banner on the website, and all orders will remain on hold until the owner returns.

At this time, we offer free shipping within the USA and Canada.

We do not ship internationally, but hope to broaden our horizons in the future!

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Once your order has been placed, you have up to 12 hours to cancel your order. If your order is canceled, it will be canceled in its entirety.

WE ONLY OFFER RETURNS TO STORE CREDIT. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO  THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT.

Store Credit never expires. We get new items often and hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work out!

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not issue a store credit or refund. Our policy honors return-to-store credit only on new, unused items. Customers are responsible for all return shipping, taxes & duties.

Please package a returned item with care. If damages occur in return transit, customers are liable for all damage costs and may be subject to not receiving a return refund.

The following items are not eligible for returns under any circumstance:

- Custom or Special Orders 

- Gift Certificates

-Consumables or Chemicals including, but not limited to, Fly Spray, Supplements, Treats, and Grooming Products unless received with a broken seal.

- Clearance Items

Proof of purchase is required for all returns to be eligible for in-store credit. 

The easiest proof of purchase is your original receipt. If you no longer have your receipt, we may be able to provide proof of purchase from our system. If we are not able to verify the purchase, date of purchase, and purchase price of an item, we are not able to accept return on that item. â€‹

  • HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?

Expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 3-6 business days once your returned item is delivered to our shop. We appreciate your patience while we work quickly to process your return. 

​

 If you have received a damaged or defective item, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify this to our best ability.
